Range and Terrain

This ranch consists of rolling hills, Mesa’s and large canyons.  The grass types are blue grama, buffalo and side oats grama. 

This property has had large amounts of brush control performed by spray, roller chopping and grubbing of mesquite, cedar and cholla.

Improvements

There is a very nice stucco ranch style home 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  Two mobile homes could be used for guest homes or bunkhouses for hired hands.  Out buildings include one hay barn, barn with feed room and tack room, a shop and a set of pipe corrals with scales, a roping arena, all located at the head quarters.  Also throughout the ranch are four other pens made of post and wire.
