Very nice, well-maintained small Ranch in Northeastern New Mexico with wonderful views and a all-weather road to the property.

 

The Headquarters is 1½ miles west of Newkirk, New Mexico.

Wildlife: This Property has occasional Antelope and Quail.

Range & Terrain: This Ranch consists of good range and the grasses are predominantly blue grama and tabosa grass. The Ranch has been sprayed for mesquite in 2007 and look to have a good kill.

Water: This Ranch is watered by two wells. There is a submersible at the Headquarters that provides water for the home and corrals. On the East side of Ranch, there is a mill with two drinker tubs.

This Ranch offers many excellent improvements. The Home is a doublewide that is on a permanent foundation. The Interior has been redone with drywall and the flooring throughout this home is Pergo Flooring. The windows are double insulated and the Home has a metal roof.

There is a spacious Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. The Kitchen has many cabinets and a Utility Room.
